Backyard Bar Cart

A few clever hacks allow you to turn the 45Q Wheeled Cooler into a portable bar cart, suitable for any backyard staycation, family cookout or outdoor party.

Simply fill the bottom of the 45Q Wheeled Cooler with ice, then add a wire cooling rack to create a shelf and add an assortment of drinks with fresh fruit for garnish. There is nothing better than enjoying the morning sunrise, with a warm cup of joe. Just because you’re sipping your java at the campsite, doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself!

Kick-up your coffee game with handmade whipped cream. Simply pour heavy cream, granulated sugar and vanilla extract into a sealable container and give it a shake. Shake until the cream is fluffy enough to stick to the sides, then make your caffeine kick the ultimate sweet treat!

Directions: First ensure that the heavy cream is cold, then fill the container halfway full with the cream (approximately 1 cup of heavy cream). Next, add a small amount of granulated sugar and vanilla extract; for every 1 cup of heavy cream, you should add about 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Screw the jar lid tightly and shake vigorously. After a few minutes the liquid cream will thicken into light and fluffy whipped cream.

French Bread Pizza

The recipe to a successful campfire meal is to incorporate family favourites and prepare before you hit the campsite. French bread pizzas are an easy to make and freeze before your trip, delighting all campers around the campfire. Simply pre-make, filling French bread with sauce, cheese and your favourite fixings. DIY Mood Lighting
